We pride ourselves in having the ultimate professional staff of hair stylist, braid expert, colorists, skincare technicians & make up artists. We proudly stand behind our work. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please bring it to our attention within 24 hours and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction. Color correction services are not covered under this policy because this is never a single process solution. All sales are final we do not do refunds. Upon manager approval and certain circumstances we can do a complimentary redo or removal. The redo policy does not cover a change in the original style or color. Please feel free to try another stylist or technician. We are happy to accommodate you.
Glamo Lush is not liable for hair color that has been done outside of our salon. We gladly take Corrective Color clients after a consultation is done and a service plan is formulated by the stylist and signed by the guest. Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. Due to the nature of home-coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if you have previously colored your hair outside of our salon. We require a complimentary consultation and sign agreement prior to all new Clients hair color services. This consultation allows the Stylist and the Client to discuss the vision and pricing for the hair color service.
All hair, lash, and cosmetic product purchases are final sale.
Non-cosmetic merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 48 hours if unopened and undamaged.
Cancellation & Late Policy
The services you schedule are reserved especially for you. The salon reserves the right to charge $50 Dollars for cancelled services without 24 hour notice. Some services will require a credit card to hold your reservation at time of scheduling appointment. All Children's Services will be linked as 1 profile for no shows and cancellations This cancellation policy applies to all clients and 1st time no shows other charges apply to subsequent no shows. In the unfortunate event that a guest arrives 15 mins or later for an salon or spa appointment, please be aware that we cannot guarantee your services will be performed that day.If you have any questions please contact us at 206-317-9332.

As a courtesy to other salon guests and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere, it is your responsibility to watch your children at all times while in the salon. You will be responsible for any damages to our merchandise or equipment. We ask for our guests to keep children under the age of 10 home for any appointment over 30 minutes.
The only animals permitted inside of Glamo Lush and on the premises are approved service dogs.The Washington State Board of Cosmetology permits no other animals within the salon. We can’t allow them inside, and we don’t want you to leave them in the car, so please, leave them at home.
Extra Hair Charge
Extra charges might apply to any customer who has very thick or long hair. These charges will be at the discretion of each stylist. Please remember if this applies to you, your services may take longer than scheduled. You may want to consider calling to book your appointment to make sure we have plenty of time to serve you..
